This Friday, September 25, 2026, Madeira will host a variety of events across different municipalities.
In Câmara de Lobos, the Municipal Chamber is promoting an initiative on Sustainable Wine Tourism: Preserving the Future. In Funchal, a Community Soup event, part of Food Week, will take place, alongside the election for the Regional Delegation of the Order of Biologists at the Natural History Museum.
The schedule also includes the Municipal Tourism Award ceremony at the Farmers' Market, Macaronight 2026 at the University of Madeira, and the presentation of the book 'Trilogia da Morte' at the Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre.
Other events comprise the Padel Tournament of Autonomy in Funchal, the closing session of the Mais Socia 2026 Congress in Câmara de Lobos, the presentation of the ESCUTO project at the Municipal Garden, the 'Carvão em Brasa' festival with free entry, and an open night at the Marine Biology Station focusing on sea turtles. In Machico, the Forum will host the solidarity event 'Um dia pela VIDA' Brava Vida 2026.
