Funchal Bay will host the 2nd Stage of the 2026 Regional Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Circuit on July 4th. The official course will run between Funchal Harbour and Barreirinha.
The event is organized by the Madeira Autonomous Region Surf Association (ASRAM) and Clube Naval do Funchal (CNF), with approval from the Portuguese Surfing Federation (FPS). The competition will feature five categories: Open, U18, U15, U12, and All Around/Promotion for non-federated participants. Registration closes on July 1st, with races starting at 10 AM and awards at 12:15 PM. Entry fees range from free for under-10s to €10 for main categories.
