Horários do Funchal (HF) will reinforce service on route 021 – Monte (via Largo da Fonte) during the Monte Festival, providing a convenient and sustainable transport option between Funchal city center and the parish.
Additional uphill trips will run from 6 PM on August 14th to 1 AM on August 15th. Downhill trips will operate between 7 PM on August 14th and 4 AM on August 15th. On August 15th, uphill journeys are scheduled from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and downhill from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
All valid transport tickets are accepted on route 021. Routes 020, 021, 022, and 048 will maintain regular service with a Sunday/holiday schedule on August 15th. Temporary route adjustments will be in place for bus lines between August 11th and 16th, with specific timings due to traffic restrictions.
