The Funchal Municipal Chamber (CMF) marked the first National Paving Stone Day, paying tribute to municipal stonemasons and the Madeiran Pavement.
The municipality highlighted the importance of preserving this heritage and announced the opening of a competition to hire six new stonemasons. The goal is to strengthen the municipal team, ensure generational renewal, and promote knowledge transfer.
