The municipality of Funchal is attending the 8th National Urban Cleaning Meeting (ENLU 2026) in Guimarães.
The event, themed "The Invisible Service," focuses on the often unnoticed work behind maintaining clean spaces. Funchal is sharing its experiences, practices, and the daily challenges faced by its municipal services.
