The Valley View Hotel Encumeada, located in Serra de Água, has been put up for electronic auction again, with a minimum price of 6.5 million euros. The judicial sale includes the three-star hotel unit, which has 50 rooms, and a plot of land that brings the total area to over 25,000 square meters.
The auction, which began on July 22nd, runs until October 20th and is linked to case number 6097/22.5T8FNC. The base price is set at 7.647 million euros, but sales are accepted starting from 6.5 million. This marks a new phase in a process that previously put the hotel on the market last year, when a bid of 5.3 million euros in May 2025 did not materialize as it fell short of the minimum price at the time.
Despite the judicial sale, hotel operations remain active. The hotel, situated at approximately 900 meters above sea level, focuses on nature tourism and serves as a starting point for hiking in the Encumeada area.
