The Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz has been awarded the EDUCAmedia Seal of Excellence for the 2025/2026 academic year, reaching the highest grade (A) in the Certificação Escola EDUCAmedia project.
The award ceremony took place at the end of October in the auditorium of the Escola Profissional Dr. Francisco Fernandes, in Funchal.
The recognition highlights the school's work in media education, digital literacy, creativity and active student participation. Projects in Philosophy, Physics and Chemistry, French, Multimedia Workshop B and the Film and Digital Art Club, under the guidance of their teachers, were singled out.
The school's management congratulated everyone involved.
