The Incorpora Network of the La Caixa Foundation arrives in Madeira to strengthen professional inclusion, through ADCF – Garouta do Calhau and Casa São José – Centro Social e Paroquial do Carmo.
The program, supported by Banco BPI and the Madeira Employment Institute, aims to connect vulnerable individuals and companies through an intermediation model focused on social inclusion via employment. This initiative provides a specialized professional intermediation and integration service in the region.
Its goal is to facilitate access to the job market for vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, NEET youth, migrants, victims of gender-based violence, individuals with addictive behaviors, or those over 45, while also addressing companies' needs in talent identification. The intervention model relies on personalized support and assistance to companies for more inclusive recruitment processes.
