The Machico Municipal Chamber has unveiled the program for its 39th Gastronomic Week, scheduled from July 31 to August 9, 2026, at the historic Forte de Nossa Senhora do Amparo.
The "10 Days, 10 Chefs" initiative will feature ten renowned chefs from Madeira and Porto Santo, each creating exclusive menus to highlight the archipelago's culinary diversity. The event aims to offer a unique experience in an intimate setting, with a limited capacity of 30 participants per evening.
Reservations for this experience, open to children aged 6 and above, will be available from July 6 at the Machico Municipal Chamber reception. The event celebrates the creativity and excellence of the regional restaurant scene.
