The average price of properties listed for sale in Madeira stood at €590,000 in July, a 2.6% increase from the previous month, according to Imovirtual data.
The rental market also saw a monthly rise, with the average rent reaching €1,600 per month, a 6.7% increase compared to June. However, this figure remains 8.6% lower than recorded in the same month last year.
Nationally, the average house price for sale rose to €435,000, while the average rent hit a new high of €1,350 per month. Imovirtual notes a positive trend in the Madeira market, with rents recovering from the previous month.
