The Portuguese Institute of Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) anticipates a day with partly cloudy skies for the Madeira archipelago this Tuesday, July 21st.
Periods of increased cloudiness are expected on the island's northern slopes and in higher altitude areas, where light precipitation may occur. The wind will blow from the north/northeast, with a weak to moderate intensity, ranging from 10 to 30 km/h.
In the Funchal region, the forecast points to partly cloudy skies and light winds, below 15 km/h. Waves on the north coast are expected to be between 1 to 1.5 meters, while on the south coast they will be less than 1 meter. Sea water temperature is predicted to be between 23 and 24 degrees Celsius.
