Madeira, represented by the Institute of Wine, Embroidery and Crafts of Madeira (IVBAM), returned this Saturday to the International Crafts Fair (FIA) in Lisbon.
The Regional Secretary for Agriculture and Fisheries, Nuno Maciel, highlighted the event's importance in giving visibility to local artisans, stating that the goal is to position Madeiran crafts nationally and internationally.
Madeira's participation in FIA, which runs until July 5th, includes IVBAM's support for seven regional artisans and features the theme "From Madeira to the World," focusing on regional crafts and Madeira Embroidery.
