The Governing Council of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has authorized the modification of program contracts with various entities. Notably, ARDITI received authorization for the acquisition of Ocean Technologies, with a maximum amount of €525,129.00.
Alterations were also approved for contracts with the University of Madeira, concerning the monitoring of the Digital Manuals project, and with the Municipality of Calheta, for landscape rehabilitation in Paul do Mar. Furthermore, program contracts for sports development and support for the Prazeres Parish Church Factory for the operation of its Pedagogical Farm were finalized.
Other decisions include an increase in CARAM's share capital by €334,000.00 and the authorization for a public auction procedure to lease a property in Camacha. The gratuitous transfer of twelve properties in Calheta to IHM – Madeira Housing Investments, EPERAM, was also approved.
