The Madeira Wine Festival is set to begin on Sunday, August 23rd, running until September 13th, with an investment of 192,000 euros. The event aims to promote and appreciate Madeira Wine and the region's wine culture.
Officially presented on Wednesday at Blandy's Wine Lodge, the festival will feature 38 shows involving approximately 1300 people. Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture, Eduardo Jesus, highlighted a new lounge area dedicated to gastronomy. Additionally, sensory circus acts are scheduled for August 27th and 28th to attract visitors.
