The Diáspora no Mundo Association, in partnership with Prediclub Imobiliária, is organizing the charity event "Realidade Solidária Madeirense" in Funchal on August 1st. The initiative aims to raise funds for the Caritas Aid Foundation, which supports populations affected by the earthquake that struck Venezuela on June 24th.
The event, held at Quinta Prediclub, celebrates "Emigrant's Day" and seeks to bring the Madeiran community together for a moment of solidarity and cultural preservation. The program includes a welcome drink, lunch, musical entertainment by artists such as Sandra & Ricardo and Bailinho da Madeira, and children's activities.
Participation costs 15 euros, of which 5 euros will be fully donated to the Caritas Aid Foundation, which continues to provide assistance to the victims of the Venezuelan earthquake.
