RFM radio host of 'Café da Manhã' and writer Mariana Alvim has joined the #Vibes4UNoDrugs project, promoted by the Madeira Regional Health Directorate.
The initiative aims to raise awareness about the risks of excessive alcohol and substance consumption at festive events. It is run by young university volunteers using peer education and involves collaborations with institutions like the Nursing School São José Cluny and the University of Madeira.
In a released video, Mariana Alvim offers tips for a healthy night, emphasizing that "it is possible to enjoy, have fun, and create good memories without compromising our well-being." This action is part of the '+ Summer... Without Drugs' campaign.
