Mobility was the focus of two initiatives promoted by the Funchal City Council (CMF) for the student community, within the scope of European Mobility Week 2026.
The activities began at Colégio de Santa Teresinha with the quiz "What do you know about Mobility?", aimed at junior students and facilitated by Dr. Why. The quiz aimed to test students' knowledge on the subject, combining learning and awareness.
Subsequently, the Escola Gonçalves Zarco hosted the play "The Mobility Superheroes!". Through the performance, students were invited to reflect on public space circulation and the importance of responsible behavior. Both actions are part of the CMF's program for European Mobility Week, aiming to bring the younger generation closer to the topic and encourage awareness of daily mobility choices and behaviors.
