The National Education Federation (FNE), along with three representative unions for Educational Support Workers (TAE) and the Association for Training and Research in Education and Work (AFIET), will conduct a National Survey.
The initiative runs from September 15 to October 15, aiming to gather information on the reality of these professionals since the start of the academic year, including their roles and working conditions.
According to FNE and AFIET, educational support staff face professional devaluation and lack of recognition. Their demands include revising the ratio ordinance and combating precarious employment. The survey will be anonymous and confidential, available online, with results to be published later.
