The parish of Ribeira Seca, located in Machico, is currently celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Amparo.
The religious festivities have included novenas held on September 8th, 9th, and 10th. Today at 5:00 PM, the Feast Eucharist will be celebrated, presided over by the auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Caracas, D. José Dionísio Gouveia.
