Social Democrat deputy Paulo Neves has demanded that the Republic's government correct flaws in the electronic platform associated with the air mobility mechanism for residents and students of Madeira and Porto Santo.
Speaking before the Minister of State Reform, Neves argued that the platform must "function perfectly" and be updated to fully comply with new rules approved by the Assembly of the Republic, noting that Law No. 23/2026 already necessitated adaptations to its functionalities.
Describing the problems as "unacceptable," the parliamentarian called for measures to simplify and improve the process, which has a "direct impact on travelers." The Secretary of State present at the hearing assured that the matter is being monitored.
