Pestana Hotel Group has launched applications for the 2027 edition of its global Growing Together program. Established in 2008, this initiative aims to develop hospitality professionals seeking to enhance their management and leadership skills for new sector responsibilities.
The program provides 18 months of full-time, paid training, combining hands-on learning across various departments and properties within the group, both in Portugal and internationally. Training includes rotations in areas such as Food & Beverage, Front Office, Kitchen, and Hotel Management, with the goal of offering a comprehensive view of the hotel business and fostering leadership capabilities.
The program is open to both internal and external candidates, requiring prior hospitality experience, English fluency, and willingness for geographical mobility. Applications are open until October 2nd via the group's recruitment platform.
