Bruno Gouveia, a 57-year-old Physical Education teacher, has transformed his personal experience with two cancers into a mission for male health prevention.
Through the 'Limites Paralelos' project, Gouveia combines travel, photography, and human stories to emphasize the importance of early diagnosis. The initiative began after a prostate cancer diagnosis in 2025, which shifted the purpose of a planned motorcycle expedition to Iran.
With over thirty years of bicycle and motorcycle travel experience, Gouveia is exploring various communication formats, including a radio segment, a publishing project, and a video series, to spread his message of health and prevention.
