The Public Security Police (PSP) has awarded a contract for the rehabilitation of the facades and roofs of the Câmara de Lobos Police Division for €416,300, excluding VAT.
The work was awarded to Etermar – Engenharia, following a public tender launched in June with a base price of €450,000. The contracted value is approximately €33,700 below the maximum price.
The intervention has a 100-day execution period and focuses on the building's facades and roofs. The effective start date for the works has not yet been announced.
