The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has published an amendment to the Academic Calendar for the 2026/2027 school year in the Official Gazette of the Region (JORAM).
The changes were prompted by the publication of national exam results. The 2nd and 3rd cycles of basic education will maintain their start dates between September 11th and 14th, as initially planned.
However, the return to classes for scientific-humanistic secondary education courses will now take place between September 18th and 21st. Other secondary courses will begin classes between September 11th and 21st.
