The Regional Government has invested around €43 million in the construction of 212 housing units in Câmara de Lobos since 2024, according to Nuno Maciel, the regional secretary.
Maciel also announced the upcoming handover of 25 more homes, an additional investment of approximately €5 million. The investment overview also highlighted €12.5 million in sports facilities, about €20 million in accessibility projects, and over €50 million from ARM for water infrastructure.
In agriculture, 174 projects were approved with an investment of €17 million through PRODERAM. For fisheries, the Regional Government mobilized €870,000 via Mar 2030 to support fishermen and shipowners.
