The Regional Secretary of Health and Civil Protection, Micaela Freitas, reaffirmed on Wednesday that the 80 nurses in the recruitment reserve will be integrated into the Regional Health Services (SESARAM). The recruitment reserve is valid until January of next year.
During a meeting with the Dean of the Order of Nurses, Luís Filipe Barreira, which marked the fourth encounter between them in a year, Freitas also announced the opening of a new competition for the hiring of nursing professionals next year. This measure aims to strengthen SESARAM's staff, alleviate the burden on some services, and improve the response to the health needs of Madeira's population.
