The User Social Process (PSU) project, developed by SESARAM, EPERAM, has won the 1st prize in the ‘Digital Transformation’ category at the 5th edition of the Integrated Care Award (ICA 2026). The winners were announced in Elvas on October 2nd.
The PSU, implemented in 2016, replaced handwritten records with a unique digital process, enabling real-time access to relevant social information. This tool aims to facilitate continuity of care, prevent information duplication, and streamline social interventions.
In addition to institutional recognition, the project team received €4,000 for training in integrated care. This marks the second Integrated Care Award for the PSU project, having also been honored in 2023.
