A 66-year-old woman of German nationality was found dead on Monday night near Estrada da Feiteira de Cima, in the municipality of Santana.
According to reports, the victim allegedly used pepper spray against her 58-year-old neighbor during an argument. The man then allegedly pushed the woman, who fell into a water channel, causing her death.
The Volunteer Firefighters of Santana, the Health Delegate, and elements of the Judicial Police (PJ) were present at the scene. The PJ has reportedly identified a suspect.
