A 21-year-old man was assaulted yesterday afternoon, around 3 PM, in the Madalenas area of Funchal. The Madeira Volunteer Firefighters assisted the victim and took him to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.
Later, in the early morning hours, around 4 AM, the Madeira Volunteer Firefighters were called again, this time to the PSP Regional Command. Another man, aged 20, had been assaulted and was also transported to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.
