The National and Professional Union of Higher Education (SNESup) has labelled the teacher placement process in Madeira as a "disaster".
The union expressed strong dissatisfaction with the results and the procedure followed, deeming it ineffective and detrimental to the stability of the teaching staff.
SNESup is calling for an urgent review of the placement methods to ensure a fairer and more transparent process in the future.
