The 37th edition of the Volta à Madeira Classic Rally began in Funchal, bringing together 40 teams who will cover approximately 270 kilometers across the island.
Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment, and Culture, Eduardo Jesus, attending the start ceremony, emphasized the initiative's role in promoting Madeira internationally and preserving the collective memory associated with motorsport.
The event, organized by the Classic Car Club of Madeira, combines sporting and tourist aspects, recognized as one of the most emblematic classic motorsport events in the region.
