The Funchal Municipal Council has announced a water supply interruption in the Laranjal area of Santo António. This measure is necessary to carry out urgent repair work on the distribution network.
The interruption, which began in the morning, is expected to last for seven hours. Affected streets include Travessa do Laranjal, Vereda do Laranjal Pequeno (up to numbers 9/12), and Estrada do Laranjal (up to numbers 39/40).
Águas do Funchal stated they will do their utmost to minimize inconvenience and will personally notify the most sensitive consumers.
