APEL School announced that 90% of its students were admitted to their top three higher education choices in the first phase of university access, a figure that surpasses the national average of 84.5%. The admission rate for the top two choices reached 80%, compared to the national average of 72.9%.
The Health and Technology fields were the most sought after, accounting for 26% and 13% of placements, respectively. Law and Solicitor studies attracted 11% of places, while Management, Economics, Public Relations, and Marketing combined for 12%. There was also notable growth in Education and Sports-related courses.
The University of Madeira was the primary destination for APEL students, admitting around 30% of those placed, followed by institutions in Lisbon, Coimbra, and Porto. Admissions to national private universities and abroad were also recorded. The school expressed gratitude for the collective effort of the school community in achieving these results.
