Jaime Moniz School Places 89% of Candidates in Higher Education

The Jaime Moniz Secondary School achieved an 89% placement rate for its candidates in higher education during the first phase of the national access competition. A total of 366 students were placed, with 72% securing their first or second choice.

The Jaime Moniz Secondary School recorded an 89% placement rate for its candidates in the first phase of the national higher education access competition. According to the Executive Council, 366 students were placed, with 72% securing their first or second choice of application.

Engineering and Health were the most popular fields. In Engineering, 52 students were placed, including three in Aerospace Engineering at universities in Lisbon, Porto, and Évora. In the Health sector, 37 students were admitted to courses such as Medicine and Nursing.

Other areas with significant placements include Languages and Business Relations (17 students), Law (13), Biology (12), Biochemistry (10), and Economics (9). The Executive Council congratulated the students and their families for their efforts and dedication.
