ACIF-CCIM, in partnership with Apus Trust, is holding a conference next Monday, July 20, on the 'New Cybersecurity Legal Regime and Impact on SMEs'. The event will take place at the association's premises in Funchal, between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

The aim is to clarify for entrepreneurs, managers, and specialists the implications of transposing the European NIS2 directive into Portuguese legislation. Topics such as risk management, information system resilience, and new obligations in cybersecurity and data protection will be addressed.

The initiative will feature presentations by ACIF president António Jardim Fernandes and Apus Trust CEO Vitorino Gouveia. It will also include a practical exercise to assess organizations' compliance with the new legal framework.
