Fuel Prices in Madeira to Increase by 2 to 7 Cents Per Liter Starting Monday

Fuel prices in Madeira are set to increase starting next Monday, July 20th, with hikes ranging from 2 to 7 cents per liter. The announcement was made by the Regional Government of Madeira via an ordinance issued on Friday.

Road diesel will be the most affected, with an increase of 6.7 cents, bringing the price to 1.733 euros per liter. For a 50-liter tank, this represents an additional cost of 3.35 euros.

Coloured and marked diesel will also see a price rise of approximately 6 cents, reaching 1.286 euros per liter. Super Unleaded 95 gasoline will experience a smaller increase of 2.2 cents, settling at 1.790 euros per liter. These are the maximum retail prices for the week of July 20th to 26th.
