The party emphasizes the need for systematic regional analysis to identify the deadliest diseases, track hospitalizations and emergency episodes, and understand the prevalence of respiratory pathologies, while also assessing access to diagnosis and prevention in primary healthcare.
ADN Madeira does not establish a direct causal link with the presence of natural particles from North Africa but stresses the need for the region to have the capacity to cross-reference respiratory health and air quality indicators.
