The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (ALRAM) is preparing for the start of the XV Legislature's II Legislative Session. Meetings of the Standing Committee and the Conference of Party Representatives, both chaired by ALRAM President Rubina Leal, have defined the work calendar.
Plenary sessions resume in September, with meetings scheduled for the 22nd, 23rd, 29th, and 30th, despite the date stipulated in the statute. For October, meetings are scheduled for the 1st, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, and 27th. The organization aims to ensure timely parliamentary work programming.
Also highlighted is the Week of the Autonomous Region of Madeira at the Assembly of the Republic, from October 6th to 8th, a pioneering initiative featuring exhibitions, presentations, and debates on Madeiran autonomy and identity. The theme for the next Regional Youth Parliament edition, focusing on artificial intelligence and education, was also discussed.
