During the celebration of the Day of the Parish of Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, Lídio Aguiar, president of the CDS-PP Câmara de Lobos municipal structure, reaffirmed the party's priorities for the parish's development.
Proposals include the rehabilitation of vacant public buildings for affordable housing, such as the former Vargem School, and the creation of a vineyard support program, using European funds, to compensate farmers and encourage wine houses to invest in maintaining agricultural land.
The party also advocates for improving agricultural access roads, increasing local parking, and enhancing road circulation. CDS also considers the realization of announced investments for the parish center's requalification, the creation of a new square, and underground parking construction to be fundamental.
