The Ports Administration of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (APRAM) has announced the issuance of a license for a support bar at the public enjoyment area located under the arches of Madeira Airport in Santa Cruz.
This area, adjacent to the Santa Cruz Pier, is popular with both locals and foreigners and will now feature improved conditions for its use. In addition to the kiosk, users will have access to sanitary facilities, to be maintained by the concessionaire, and to revitalized sea access via a rehabilitated staircase.
Parking in the vicinity has also been regulated with the installation of barriers to prevent abusive parking and enhance the organization and use of this public space.
