The Aquafish0.0 project, involving ARDITI, is conducting a study to better understand fish consumption habits in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The research also aims to assess the public's knowledge and perception of aquaculture and the valorization of fish by-products.
The anonymous online survey is open to residents aged 18 and over. Participation is vital for obtaining a representative view of the diverse perspectives across the region. The project encourages sharing the questionnaire with family and friends.
Findings from this study, funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, could support future research, awareness, and communication initiatives focused on sustainable marine food consumption, incorporating waste reduction and resource valorization principles.
