Next Sunday, September 13th, D. José Dionísio Gouveia, Auxiliary Bishop of Caracas, will preside over the 12 PM Eucharist at Igreja do Colégio in Funchal.
Bishop Gouveia, who has Portuguese ancestry, will lead a celebration that offers a special occasion for encounter and communion with the Church of Caracas, a community closely linked to the Madeiran and Portuguese diaspora in Venezuela.
