The Funchal Municipal Chamber (CMF) is organizing the 12th edition of the Senior Adventure Games, scheduled to run from September 16 to 18.
Approximately 400 participants are expected to join the event, which aims to foster social interaction, new experiences, physical activity, and city exploration. Activities will be held in various well-known Funchal locations, including Praça do Município, Cais 8, Baía de São Lázaro, Lido, and Ponta Gorda. These activities encompass land navigation, zip-lining, kayaking, adventure bridge, guided rappelling, and traditional games, highlighting the use of public spaces for community engagement and promoting an active, inclusive city.
