The Bishop of the Diocese of Funchal, D. Nuno Brás, will convene the Diocesan Pastoral Council on October 31st. The meeting will take place at the Convent of Santa Clara, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
The Diocesan Pastoral Council is a representative body of the entire Diocese, composed of Archpriests and lay members representing the five Archpriestries, Movements and Works, and diocesan Secretariats and services.
The aim of this meeting is to evaluate past progress, analyze current challenges, and define lines of action for the implementation of the Diocesan Pastoral Program, fostering a time of prayer, dialogue, and sharing.
