The Bishop of Funchal, D. Nuno Brás, has directed an appeal for responsibility towards motorcyclists in the Madeira region, aiming to decrease road accidents.
In a released message, the prelate emphasized the importance of prudence and adherence to traffic rules for those riding motorcycles, in order to ensure everyone's safety on Madeira's roads.
