The CDS-PP has put forward three recommendation proposals for the Machico Municipal Assembly.
These include the creation of monetary awards for local athletes through the "Machico Sports Nursery" program, recognizing those who achieve podium finishes in official competitions, with potential awards up to 1,500 euros.
The party also suggests decentralizing the New Year's Eve fireworks display to the Machico valley, aiming to spread out the audience and benefit local businesses. Furthermore, they propose that the municipality set the variable IRS share to be returned to residents in 2027 at 5%, arguing this measure would increase families' disposable income and make the municipality more attractive.
