The chapel of Christ the King, in Lombo do Doutor, Calheta parish, will host its traditional festival on October 24th and 25th. This event is known for being one of the most popular in the area.
On Saturday, October 24th, an evening mass will be celebrated at 7 PM. On Sunday, October 25th, the Eucharist begins at 3 PM, followed by a procession. The festivities will include musical entertainment on Saturday evening and performances by the Calheta Folklore Group, the São Vicente Philharmonic Band, and the Conjunto Os Lordes on Sunday afternoon and evening.
