The price of road diesel in Madeira is rising again, reaching €2.14 per litre. The two-cent increase takes effect from Monday.
Diesel has cost more than two euros since mid-September, a pressure felt across the wider economy. Petrol, by contrast, is falling slightly.
Despite the high prices, the Tax on Petroleum Products is decreasing again.
