The Funchal City Council has announced a new investment package totaling €447,000, designated for 31 interventions across seven of the city's parishes.
The works will feature the installation of 12 new pedestrian crossings, improvements to existing pavements, modifications to bus stops, and the implementation of road safety measures near schools. The parish of São Martinho will receive the largest share of these works, accounting for over a third of the total investment.
