Leal highlighted the importance of creating opportunities for people to gain more information and feel motivated to discuss these topics. The councilor stressed that sexual education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, as "sexual health does not end in youth".
According to Helena Leal, local government plays a crucial role in mobilizing the community for dialogue, combating misinformation, and prejudice. The conference featured presentations by specialists in psychology and physiotherapy.
